<p>Now I recommend to do each of the 7 exercises in a circuit training style meaning that you do 2 sets of each exercise with 12-15 reps each with light weight.  You should only rest no more than 30 seconds between each set.  After the 2nd set you must immediately move on to the next exercise.</p>
